Thank you for your interest in the INOTA Festival 2026 Open Call!
INOTA Festival announces an open call for light-based, audiovisual, projection-based and new media artworks, as well as site-specific installations. We invite artists, collectives and creative groups to submit proposals that respond to the unique architectural, historical and atmospheric qualities of INOTA, a former industrial power plant and festival site.
The 2026 open call focuses primarily on the following locations:
Turbine Hall – first floor
Cultural House – theatre hall
Outdoor light installations – without a predefined exact location, within the INOTA site
The selected works will become part of a curated exhibition exploring the dialogue between industrial heritage, contemporary light-based art and site-specific artistic practice.
Important note: the festival is currently working without sponsorship support, therefore we can offer only a symbolic artist fee. However, for the selected projects, we aim to provide the necessary technical support and equipment within our possibilities, as well as strong communication, international visibility and significant artistic credit at a unique, internationally relevant industrial site.
